This Week at Iten's Acres: Lily Time June 29,2015

It's primarily lily time at The Acres.  Oh, there's other stuff--one wild flower in particular that is a lovely blue; I have no idea what it is.  And with the monsoon rains The Acres are soaked.  Nevertheless, the flowers bloom.  Enjoy!

This Week at Iten's Acres: Wild and Domestic June 20. 2015

This week at The Acres. Can you say, "rain"? Today was supposed to be the "let up" day--the break in the rain. Still waiting for the "let up." Fortunately, the flowers--both wild and domestic--don't seem to mind. Lots of different things blooming. Even with the pond rising, the water lily have started to bloom. My Gardening Angels decided that this year they would surprise me with beard tongue. Weird name, I know. Roses both W and D are blooming. The bee balm and sunflowers have started. Just lots of different stuff. Hope you enjoy.
