This Week at Iten's Acres In-between Time June 12, 2016

It is between iris and lily time.  The bearded iris anyway have stopped their blooming--unless a few re-bloom in the fall.  Always a possibility.  There will be some Louisiana, Siberian, and Japanese iris still to bloom.  The lilies are just beginning--a small yellow beauty and the "common" gorgeous orange ones have begun.  There are some other things as well glorifying The Acres.  The annuals have had almost a month to settle in--petunia, geranium, marigold, lantana, verbena, begonia, impatiens, coleus, bright-eyes, zinnia--many more.  They will continue to grow until frost.
