Bed 2 2018

Bed 2--I should have a bed naming contests one of these days--is right on the driveway and backs up to Hester.  This year I re-did the back of the bed so it's now about 12 feet long and seven or eight feet wide.  Hyacinths and grape hyacinths (I told you they were everywhere) and daffodils, and tulips were April bloomers.  In May a wild geranium, four iris, and a Siberian iris added to the colors.  June and July are lily times.  A few hibiscus are hanging around, but I'm trying to get rid of them.  One of the iris--a white one named Immortality--re-blooms magnificently in September.  With the added room. I'm hoping for even more beauty here next year.  Yes, I'm greedy.  Again I ask, is it really possible to have too much beauty surrounding you?  Oops, almost forgot--bachelor's buttons love this bed!
